I was employed by Spil Games from 2010 – 2015 and helped triple the company from 80 employees to over 400 employees. Initially as a senior recruiter, and the last 3 years as Head of Recruitment. During this time the company had several investment rounds and was heavily VC-backed. When the desktop gaming market rapidly decreased, the recruitment team had to be dismantled and I stayed on as a freelance recruiter, helping out with a few crucial positions.
